New data-powered digital health platform Thrive offers data-driven insights, and preventive-focused personalized care.

Ciba Health, a company specializing in digital healthcare, has introduced its new platform, Thrive, which aims to help users prevent, manage and reverse chronic health conditions. Leveraging a wide array of lab tests, data analytics and virtual support from a multidisciplinary care team, Thrive aims to deliver personalized health insights and actionable strategies designed to promote longer and healthier lives.
Longevity.Technology: The rise of longevity platforms such as Thrive reflects a growing trend in healthcare toward proactive disease management. These digital services, powered by data and personalized care, enable individuals to gain insights into their health with a degree of precision that was previously inaccessible to most. Rather than waiting for symptoms of chronic illness to appear, platforms like Thrive emphasize the importance of prevention – allowing individuals to identify potential health issues early on and take meaningful steps to mitigate their risk.
Ciba Health hopes its latest offering will stand out in this increasingly competitive market through its focus on data, root-cause medicine and affordability. The platform offers its members access to more than 100 lab tests (conventional healthcare practices can often offer far fewer tests), and this extensive lab work, coupled with Thrive’s personalized health education and continual support from registered dieticians, certified health coaches and physicians trained in root-cause resolution medicine, is intended to equip users with the tools needed to manage and prevent chronic health conditions such as type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular issues, hormonal imbalances and more.
With seven out of ten deaths in the US caused by chronic conditions [1], with 86% of healthcare costs attributed to these conditions, the focus needs to shift from treating the symptoms of these conditions to addressing their root causes. In this context, Thrive aims to shift the paradigm by helping users decode their health data and apply long-term solutions to improve their overall well-being.
The structure of the platform is designed to make it accessible and easy to use. Users begin by registering online, completing a questionnaire that covers their medical history and health goals. They then schedule an in-person lab appointment at one of Thrive’s partner labs, which are available nationwide. Upon completion of their lab tests, members receive a detailed breakdown of their results, and this data forms the foundation of the personalized care plan that users receive, which includes monthly check-ins with registered dieticians and health coaches, as well as access to lifestyle resources aimed at helping them develop sustainable habits.
Thrive also offers a higher-tier membership option for those seeking a more comprehensive health intervention. In addition to the standard services, premium members can opt for one-on-one consultations with their care team, including direct interaction with a physician. This tier also includes access to connected health devices, such as continuous glucose monitors and fitness trackers, providing even more granular health data that the care team can use to further personalize the health plan.
Longevity as a concept has gained significant attention in recent years, particularly in relation to the so-called “blue zones” – regions where people enjoy significantly longer-than-average lives, often free from chronic disease.

Referencing these areas, Dr Innocent Clement, CEO and Founder of Ciba Health, said: “As the world shifts and stressors become more intense, longevity has never been more crucial to protect. Blue zones are popping up across the globe, and there’s no reason the US can’t house our longest-living people with the highest quality of life, too.”

Clement added that the US has a “chronic conditions problem” with a high prevalence of diabetes, obesity, mental health challenges and more. “We are too focused on treating surface-level symptoms rather than getting to the root of the problem and providing a long-term solution,” he said. “Thrive will help all Americans decode their health and pave the way to longer, healthier lives at a low cost.”
With rising awareness of the importance of longevity and preventative care, the demand for services that offer both personalized and data-driven health insights is likely to grow; Thrive’s creators are positioning the platform as an affordable solution to the problem of chronic disease in the United States.
A yearly membership with Thrive also includes opportunities for ongoing health monitoring. After six months, users are encouraged to re-test their blood to assess the impact of the lifestyle changes recommended by their care team. This allows for the tracking of progress and adjustments to health plans as necessary, ensuring that users receive dynamic support as their health evolves. For those with additional financial resources, Thrive’s premium membership enables deeper insights and a more hands-on approach to healthcare management, with the added benefit of being FSA/HSA eligible.
As digital healthcare continues to evolve, platforms like Thrive represent a significant shift in how individuals approach their well-being. By focusing on prevention, actionable data and personalized care, Thrive seeks to address the long-standing problem of chronic disease in America, where the healthcare system has often lagged in adopting proactive solutions. With its emphasis on root-cause medicine, the platform offers a model that could become increasingly prevalent as more people seek to take control of their health, rather than relying solely on reactive treatments.
Looking forward, Ciba Health plans to continue developing and refining the Thrive platform, making it accessible to an even broader range of people, and while Thrive’s immediate goal is to help individuals manage and prevent chronic diseases, the larger mission is to enable people to live longer, healthier lives, thereby reducing the societal and economic burdens associated with chronic illness.
